Day 1: Ashgabat  
After arrival you will get acquainted with the loсal guide at the Ashgabat International Airport. After that you will lead to the hotel. In the afternoon you will travel to Horse-farm where you will see amazing gem of Turkmenistan - Akhal-Teke horses. The name of the breed was determined in the XVIII century. It is based on the names of the oasis in Turkmenistan (Akhal) and the tribe that lived there (Teke).  You will have a chance to try traditional tea break, and observe the program of the racks of horses. Then you will transfer back to Ashgabat. You will have a city tour in the evening ad discover the main highlights. The night will be in the hotel.

Day 2: Ashgabat
In the morning you will explore “Old Nisa”- an ancient and medieval city (now in ruins) 18 km Northwest of Ashgabat, which is under UNESCO protection. You will continue tour with “Gypjak” Mosque and Mausoleum of the late President of Turkmenistan. Today you will also visit amazing State Museum of History. There you will have chance to immerse into the history and see collection of vintage Turkmen carpets, rare examples of national clothing, jewelries, and antique weapons. The 9 halls display figurines of Athens, Eros, silver gilded griffin, horn-shaped ivory vessels-rhytons of the Parthian era, gold jewelries, medallions-stamps from Margiana and Buddhist artifacts. It stores fossilized piece of wood of the Paleozoic period, aged 270,000,000, dinosaurs’ footprints, an 820-kg meteorite fallen in Kunya-Urgench in 1998 and a lot more. This night will be in the hotel.

Day 3: Ashgabat – Merv – Mary
Today you will transfer to the East of Turkmenistan where you will find Mary region. You will explore Old Merv that is the oldest city in Turkmenistan and its walls saw the arrival of the armies of Macedon and Genghis Khan. A tour of ancient Merv will allow you to plunge into the abyss of historical events related to the whole of Central Asia. This historical landmark is the abode of rein fortresses, mausoleums and mosques. You will have a highlight tour exploring: Gyz Gala, Erk Gala, Soltan Gala, SoltanSanjar Mausoleum, IbnZeid Mausoleum. After that you will drive to city Mary. You will spend the night in the hotel.

Day 4: Mary – Talkhatan Baba – Yekedeshik Caves – Mary
In the morning you will drive to Talkahatan Baba Mosque, mosque-mausoleum near Old Merv , an outstanding monument of Central Asian architecture of the late 11th century. Domed building with patterned masonry of light baked bricks. Then you will follow the route exploring Yekedeshik Caves. it has the status of a State historical and architectural reserve. The word "ekedeshik" means "one hole" in Turkmen. Indeed, the huge cave complex has a single entrance, which made it impregnable. The origin of the complex is shrouded in mystery. According to one legend, the cave was dug by hoplites of Alexander the great, according to another - genies worked here. In any case, excavations have confirmed the use of caves for housing since at least the first century BC. Then you will transfer to Mary city.  The night is in the hotel.

Day 5: Mary – Margiana (Margush) – Mary
Today you will drive to Margush a historical region centered on the oasis of Merv, which was a minor satrapy in the Achaemenid satrapy of Bactria and a province within its successors, the Seleucids and Parthians. and the Sasanian empires. It was located in the valley of the Murghab river, which originates in the mountains of Afghanistan and passes through the Murghab district in modern-day Afghanistan, and then reaches the Merv oasis in modern-day Turkmenistan. Margiana was bordered by Parthia to the southwest, Aria to the South, Bactria to the East, and Sogdia to the North. Margiana's position along the Silk Road led to the development of a diverse religious demography in the period before the Islamic conquest. Although most of Margiana's population professed Zoroastrianism, Buddhist, Christian, Manichaean, and Jewish communities also existed and flourished in Margiana. You will rest the night in the hotel.

Day 6: Mary – Ashgabat
In the morning you will departure to Ashgabat. Along the way you will break at Annau, where you will observe the ruins of the 15th century Seyit Jamal-ad-Din Mosque, Abiward or Abi-ward, one of the most significant cities of Northern Khorasan, repeatedly mentioned in written sources, especially since the time of the Arab conquerors. Since the medieval city of Abiverd is covered with a cultural layer of the late period - XV-XVIII centuries, it is difficult to determine the type and layout of the medieval city. During the excavations of the city, ceramic products of the IX - XII centuries are quite common. Then you will have a tour in Russian Bazaar. In the evening you will have city tour. This night is in the hotel.

Day 7: Flight
Night transfer to the Ashgabat International Airport to board a flight to next destination.
